    anybody got a good contact?

    all the yellow pages folks seem to be 140 euros..

    anybody cheaper out there?

    juts have a load of cardbaord and old carpets to get rid of..

    Yes, you've discovered the quasi cartel that is skip hire.

    As an alternative, your local bring centre will charge you about a €5 per carpet, and you get to recycle the cardboard for free!! This assumes you can get it there! Check your local councils web site

    but 140 euros for a mini skip is a bit much..

    will find out where the nearest bring centre is..

    didnt think they took carpets..


    will do it myself..

    properly..

    a can o petrol and some good tyres to get the fire burning hot..

    and then chuck em on..


    :-)

    only kidding.. to the recycling place i will go..

    They'll take almost anything. Recyclables are mostly free, large items of household furniture aren't

    There's one in Coolmine which is 10-15mins from Lucan. The link has more details on charges too
