Animated Visio diagram?

I have quite a complex suite of Visio diagrams (Visio 2000). What I would like to be able to do is to animate the case scenarios on the diagram- i.e. for presentation purposes to show the flow of logic through the diagram for each case individually (something like, say, the branches of the diagram that become irrelevant to the logic of a particular case are greyed-out rather than removed entirely) to illustrate the application logic-flow.

Any ideas how this might be achieved? Or indeed another application with which I might achieve this?

    Many thanks.
