TV presenter Phill Turner is set to come out in this month's Attitude magazine, according to The People newspaper.

Turner, a handyman who has appeared on decorating shows like Changing Rooms and House Invaders, will come out in the magazine, apparently after being reassured by his celebrity friends.

The newspaper says Rachel Hunter, Kelly Brook and Nell McAndrew have advised him to go through the magazine for the revelation.

As well as being pleased about coming out, Turner is also said to be delighted at appearing on the cover of the magazine.

"He thinks it's the right time and has had a lot of support," a friend told the newspaper.

"He's absolutely thrilled to be on the cover."

Turner first came to the world of TV via Channel 4's Big Breakfast, after being winning its Builder of the Week competition.

As well as appearing on the terrestrial channels, he is also featured heavily on Living TV, which has in the past hosted "Phill T Weekend Marathons".
