    Hi people,
I am putting together a new PC and I am buying the components on komplett.
I have a 600 euro budget, and I have picked the components, and have come in just in price. Can someone verify that everything is ok?
One other thing - I have not listed monitor graphics card mouse or keyboard coz I have all that.

    Western Digital Caviar 160GB IDE ATA/100 8MB cache 7200RPM

MSI DVD recorder DR8-A2 IDE Retail DVD+R/+RW and DVD-R/-RW

    EPoX EP-8KDA3J Mainboard for Socket 754 nForce3 250GB,SATA,GbLAN,ATX,Sound

    AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 2.0 GHz Socket 754, 512 KB cache, BOXED

    Q-Tec Midi tower ATX L-MD02, Beige/Silve w/350W AMD/P4

problem with qtec is not the appearance of the case, it is the crap PSU. I strongly advise you to spend a few € extra on a PSU and you could save yourself from a lot of potential problems :)

    Is 350 watts not enough?
or is it the fact that it is a QTec power supply?
what will happen if I try to build it with the 350 watt power supply?

Seems your board supporst SATA why not get a SATA hd instead of a IDE one, SATA is faster than IDE. SATA drives are not much more expesive than IDE ones.

Q-tec PSU are meant to be bad enough alright, thats all i seem to read way!
