Rightclick menu slow

Basically, when i right click on a file, i have to wait 10 seconds or more before the menu appears. I ran spybot and adaware, and hijack this, and everything is removed, but i still have the problem. Rightclicking on folders doesn't suffer this lag...

Could it be that something that used to be in my rightclick menu has been moved/unintsalled, and XP is searching for the exe when i rightclick?

Anyway, how can i fix my menu speed without reinstalling windows?

That happened me before, turned out to be a bad install of norton antivirus. I just reinstalled it and all was well again.
