Monitor acting strangely...

I have a 19" Dell Trinitron, which is a few years old. It was working perfectly up to about a week ago.

Occasionally ( twice now ) it is a little bit blurry after I initially turn it on, although it's still readable. After a few minutes there is an audible click, I'll describe it as sounding like an electrical 'snap', although much more defined than it sounds when it is degaussing. I've never heard a monitor make this sound before, actually it sounds like it's about to burst into flames. After the click the monitor regains its clarity.

The question is: should I be worried?

Good question actually. I've seen a lot strange acting monitors before, never heard of that type of problem though.
I can't tell you not to be worried, but if it bothers u i'd let a Tv repair place fix it. (if they can) On the other hand, since those kinda places sometimes are very honest about whats broken, what they've fixed and then overcharge you, maybe u should either think about gettin a new monitor or let someone u know (that knows something about monitors) have a look at it.
I know not much advice there, but its a real contridiction.
