    Start->Run->cmd->ipconfig

    If your using a router; then you have to bring up its interface and find its WAN address.

    I don't use Azureus; but i think most BT clients let you change the default port range without too much hassle.

    bop on over to www.whatismyip.com, that will tell ya your public IP (the one azureus needs).

    Im going to use the thread topic liberally and ask my own stupid question:
    I got all the pieces for my new pc from jes (they're all shiny and cool) but was horrified to find the kettle leads with the psu and monitor are all continental. Can I safely swap these for irish versions?
    The speakers also have the wrong plug but there's a transformer on that so I guess I'll just to get an adaptor to use that?

    On another note: should I install the psu into the case before everything else or should I do it last?

    As long as ur monitor and ur PSU support 220-230Volt its fine to change cables or use adtaptors.
    PSU after or before ? its really a question of convinience. Whatever way u feel more comfortable with puttin da MOBO, cause u should probably be most careful when installin the MOBO into da case. However it makes no difference.

    what are you trying to do...

    just install azureus,you can skip the port and ip thing but set upload throttle to 5kbs and enjoy
    i think it works best with zonealarm!

    unless your trying to upload your own torrents if so just ignore me
