Just curious I know the way that 2500 doesnt mean its ment to be 2.5Ghz, but i'm guessing its ment to be quite a bit more than 1.1ghz? What should it be running at in the Bios normally the FBS/Mhz setting thing, prior to any overclocking?

In regards to overclocking how many Mhz/fbs do you increase it at a time to reach the 200mhz max make making it a 3200xp speed? Can I just jump it up to the 200Mhz mark?

    Thanks,
    -Coz.

p.s Any one got any ideas of Sata Pci controllers? Can I boot my sata hard drive from using a sata controller?

166x11 = 1826mhz you should be getting for your cpu to be running as an amd2500.
What its set at is 100x11 = 1100mhz.
All you need to do is go into your bios and change your 100 to 166fsb.

For oc to 200fsb you could try and put it stright up to 200fsb. But if it dont boot and does not want to start up again well you need to know how to fix this problem by doing the jumper reset on your motherboard.

But if your unsure go up in 5's or 2'sfsb till you get to where you are happy.
