Is it possible to order movies and Prem plus games via the box?
If I press select on the buy screen adding it to the personal planner even though it asks me to ring a number to order?

It should be providing you have a phoneline connected and you have not already exceeded your viewing card's credit limit(initally set at around €50 but you can get it raised). They charge extra for each event ordered by phone, which could have been ordered interactively,I think its €1.

You can order individual Prem+ Games through the red button, but you cannot order the season ticket as this has to be done by credit card over the phone.

But I only got it today so I couldn't have exceeded the limit.

Aha, It migh need to do another callback before all the Box Office features are activated fully. If you still cannot order after say 24 hours, give them a ring and it should be sorted.

Sky told me in the past that they set this limit based on the average spend by people located in your postcode,or region in this case, and that it is no reflection on your own personal circumstances or credit rating.

I found after ordering a few sports events and films,it was very quickly used up,so I rang them and told them I would anticipate ordering say 6 Box office movies and 4 sporting events in any month and they happily increased the limit (CA_CHING sounds ringing in their ears no doubt!!). Of course the reality was much different, and once the initial novelty wore off,I now seldom use it at all,but it is however handy to have a higher limit to avoid calls to Sky and extra charges for ordering.
