i saw them recommended on BMEzine for prevention of teeth and gum damage, and with upcoming orthodontic treatment i think they might be a good idea to reduce possible rubbing and catching. does anyone know if its possible to get them in shops in dublin, or can you recommend somewhere online i could get them.

also, i think i need a shorter bar, but measurements seem to all be about width. do they just come at a standard length?

on http://www.wildcat.co.uk you can get ones made from Bioplast or something, don't know how hard the plastic is though.
