Any news yet on which live SPL and English games RTE will be showing live on Saturday afternoons. Apologies if this is deemed to be in the wrong forum. I didn't see the sense in attempting to subscribe to the soccer forum for one question.

I don't think RTÉ are showing too many live games. I think it's about half a dozen per season, the rest (incl SPL) being on Setanta Sports Ireland.

Setanta & RTÉ have 30 premiership games between them (15 each) to be shown at 3pm on saturdays.

AFAIK no schedules have been released yet, but RTÉ will have preference as to what weeks they show football on, ie. so they won't be showing a prem match when rugby/GAA/golf etc. etc. is on.
