Overclock 64bit 3200+?

Anybody have any experience in OC'ing AMD's 64bit 3200+? I've got it coupled with asus' k8v deluxe board. Any ideas?

but i did up my cpu to 230 mhz x11.5 without any voltage change . it ran perfect till i installed a sb audigy 2 . so i put it back to the normal speeds 11x200 leaving it at that till ive more time . ive to get better ram tho ...
