just wondering what people think of the cure's latest album, I took a risk not knowing that much about and I bought it and I must admit it's cool.

I'm pissedI missed them at oxygen

Have yet to hear it, I was terrified of what could happen with Ross Robinson producing it! Heard the last 30 seconds of the latest single on one of the digital channels and must say I was happy enough! No nu-metal riffage anyways! :D

They were superb at Oxegen, but they didn't do Lovecats which I was hoping unfortunately. The new album doesn't disappoint and IMO the best songs are in no partcular order: Labyrinth, Before Three, The End of The World, Us or Them and Alt.end.

I've only heard some of the songs live at Oxegen and I must admit they sat well with the other material and reminded me of material from the Disintegration/Pornography/Bloodflowers albums.
