Lads, what aftershave do you use?

Personally, I use Bodyshop Arber Aftershave Balm, which I find is seriously great altogether. No stinging at all, really nice smell, and takes care of any itchyness right away. Seems to be very soft and silky too.

So, what do you use, and how do you find it exactly?

Clinique Post Shave Healer. Its €20 for a tiny bottle but it's great if you have sensitive skin that burns after shaving.

ive used a good few in my time and my favourite was Paco Robanne...Ultra Violet Man...

but i dont think they make it anymore....kool casing for it and smelled amazing!

but due to chemicals in your skin..it depends how long aftershave lasts on you...its so crappy going out and buying an expensive aftershave to find out it has worn off you after 10 mins!!

The best aftershave I ever had was Hugo Boss Aqua Elements balm. Amazing stuff. Got it free, never saw it in a shop. Second best - Botanics green stuff.

I use 5 altogether, different ones for different days, means you don't smell the same all the time.

At the moment to two I use most are Givenchy (spelling??) pour Homme blue label & Clinque Happy kinda sweet and light, it's great.

I am more of an after-shave man that after-shave balm man. ;) Here is my list, in no particular order:
    • Burberry: Touch for Men
    • Hugo Boss: Fahrenheit
    • Cool Water: (Have never used it, but have smelt it. It's nice but only a very little amount is needed, very strong aroma)
    • D&G: Masculine

There is also a New Burberry out now, It's called Burberry: Brit. I was just wondering if anyone has tested it, if so, what's it like?

    Thanks

Never have and probably never will. What are the advantages to using it?

None. Shower and shaving gel supplies more than enough "fragrance" for me.

I might not smell as nice as other men, but on the other hand I'm not covering up anything either, which plenty of "lads" do...

As a woman, I'd have to say that my favourites on a guy would be

    1. Hugo Boss by Hugo Boss.
    2. L'Eau D'Issey - Issey Miyake
    3. CK Be

Hmm... I didn't particularly mean this thread to be about fragrence as such, but more what you use to treat the itching irritation after shaving, rather than dabbing on a nice whiff.

Any aftershave balm is good for this or a moisturiser of some description..

I find that the nivea for men moisturiser is good if you start to get a stinging
sensation after a shave.. very soothing and I tend to keep it in a dark press or
in the fridge during the summer away from the light and heat so that when you
do apply it, it really does give a nice cooling sensation and is very effective..

But thats just my 2 cents.. :D
