Does anyone know how their BB applications are processed?
i.e Do they deal directly with Eircom or do they go through EsatBT?

to be extremely blunt about, why on earth would they go trought esatBT when they are reselling €ircon broadband?

its straight to €ircon. every day the emial a list of applications and w8 for €ircon to activate ur line. so utv told me anyway.

Esat run part of UTVs dsl network, Wanton.

Paul007, I honestly don't know which way it goes. I'd presume it'd go directly to eircom, but esat may be involved for all I know.

    Cheers.
The reason I asked is because I was told this by an Eircom wholesale rep when I was inquiring about my UTV broadband delay. She said I should be speaking to Esat as Eircom have no direct communication with UTV.
Surprised me to say the least.
