Vaio Startup Disks

I was just wondering if anyone has, or knows where I can get the recovery disks for a sony vaio laptop. I have win 98 on it and i want to upgrade to xp or something. I cant do it at the minute, because I wont be able to restart it without the recovery disks. Any help would be greatly received. mR dEcO
