Bug? - Euro

    Everytime I use the euro symbol the board prints a ?


    This is a question mark = ?

    This is a euro = ?

    I see it fine when I type it but as soon as I hit submit, I see a q. mark instead?

    Have you tried it on other Bulletin Boards / your word processor / e-mail composer?

    He already said the euro symbol came up fine when he was typing the message, the problem occurred after he hit submit.

    (test: €).

    Works fine for me. What browser are you using? Mozilla? IE? You might want to check the language settings in your browser, make sure en-ie is selected.

    ok. So it's Opera, but all my settings are ok and it was fine before the board change.

    Oh well, either I start using IE or stop offering people free money on the board :)

    Aren't there different ways of putting a euro symbol down?

    €€€€€€€€€€€€€€ (Ctrl + Alt + 4)

    €€€€€€ (Alt + 0128)

    Firefox 0.8. Some of the posts above have been showing euro symbols while others have been showing ?

    Anyone doing tests, post the keystroke you used to get the symbol.
