Arctic VGA cooler and MSI Radeon 9800

I've assembled my new machine and am happy with the noise level except for the GFX cooler. The stock MSI fan on my RX9800 Pro 128 TD is damn loud. It's actually louder than my case fan, PSU and HSF put together. To cut a long post short, is the Arctic VGA Cooler Peats have the revision 3? I've heard it fits the MSI card.…
