Quake is an online virtual reality used by hackers. It is a popular meeting place and training ground, where they discuss hacking and train in the use of various firearms.

    hahahahahahahaha

If your son has requested a new "processor" from a company called "AMD", this is genuine cause for alarm. AMD is a third-world based company who make inferior, "knock-off" copies of American processor chips. They use child labor extensively in their third world sweatshops, and they deliberately disable the security features that American processor makers, such as Intel, use to prevent hacking. AMD chips are never sold in stores, and you will most likely be told that you have to order them from internet sites. Do not buy this chip! This is one request that you must refuse your son, if you are to have any hope of raising him well.

its not even a troll its just plain old hilarious!

    hahahaahahahahahahaha.... This is brilliant.

The stuff on linux and quake is very amusing, i think a physco must have wrote this.

    "
BSD, Lunix, Debian and Mandrake are all versions of an illegal hacker operation system, invented by a Soviet computer hacker named Linyos Torovoltos, before the Russians lost the Cold War.
    "

"Torovoltos is a notorious hacker, responsible for writing many hacker programs, such as "telnet", which is used by hackers to connect to machines on the internet without using a telephone. "

No, because if you were effected by said game you'd want to hunt him down from the shadows brandishing a meat cleaver, creep up behind him and stab him in the back, then repeatedly slash at his head until it came off. Now that's a person effected by a game!

Ahahaha. God I hope they're joking, but... I feel they may not. People like that should not be allowed to live. *totes plasma gun* Arr!
It's funny how they say "is your son a hacker?", 'cause girls are of course immune to becoming a hacker.

It's just so plain stupid. I'd quote the stupidest bits but it's just all ridiculous...

hhe...ahahhaha..>AHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! Sorry that article has to be a joke... but if it's not then more the fool to that guy. It is worrying tho how paranoid perents are becoming. 'You talk to people on the internet?! Ohh they're all pedophiles... they all want to RAPE YOU!!!' christ i get that every time. Especially if i arrange to meet someone i have known on the net for years and know is genuine, i generally dont tell my perents mind, not cus i'm doing anything wrong, but for the fact that it's less annoying that way. So, in my perents eyes anyways, everyone on www.boards.ie is a 60 year old pedophile who wants to rape me... which certainly aint true. Not for 95% of the people on here anyways ;-)

"Has your son radically changed his appearance?

If your son has undergone a sudden change in his style of dress, you may have a hacker on your hands. Hackers tend to dress in bright, day-glo colors. They may wear baggy pants, bright colored shirts and spiky hair dyed in bright colors to match their clothes. They may take to carrying "glow-sticks" and some wear pacifiers around their necks. (I have no idea why they do this) There are many such hackers in schools today, and your son may have started to associate with them. If you notice that your son's group of friends includes people dressed like this, it is time to think about a severe curfew, to protect him from dangerous influences. "

What has this guy been Drinking (Or smoking). It's Funny Stuff :D

Has your son asked you to change ISPs?
Are you finding programs on your computer that you don't remember installing?
Has your child asked for new hardware?
Is your son obsessed with "Lunix"?
If these things where true i'd still be sitting behind a P1, win95 machine with 56k modem and whats wrong with linux!
Lunix is extremely dangerous software, and cannot be removed without destroying part of your hard disk surface.
I'm going to have to destroy me hard disk cause it has linux on it!

And did you read the comments on the page!

This joke site has been around for years...

While it's pretty funny, watching some people actually believe that it's real can sometimes be better :)

Lunix? sounds like a good os. Perhaps then i'll go try out FreeBDSM, Unicks and then perhaps a little dabble on a Moc computer with MocOSF Panting. LOL, good mock article tho.

Clever. Almost believable up to a point.

I'm sure, though that somewhere, some "modern" parent has seen this and taken it as gospel. Poor kids...

That's what everybody should do...show it to their parents and see what kindaq reactions come outta them!
