Weekend Accommodation in Dublin

    Hi,

    Am looking for a fairly basic Dublin city centre hotel for the w/e (with bar, en suite etc.). Have located one called Caulfields hotel (just off O'Connell Street) for €60 per night for three nights (one person). Seems ok. Anyone have any experience of this place or can recommend another?

    If there are two of you, I would ge the price tightened up.

    I don't know it, but, it is on Lower Dorset Street, the canal end.

    I imagine the area suffers at the weekend, especially match weekends at Croke Park is only a stones throw away.

    Is the bar after hours, or just the pub downstairs?
