    hi all,

first of all, i must honestly state that this is for a accounting assignment that my friend has to repeat.

i'm just helping out and i've tried to find most of this off the net but i didn't get very far.

i was just wondering where i could find any info regarding the regulators (ie who the main regulators are in the EU) - steps they've taken to implement IFRS on January 2005 and future plans of action.

    thanks in advance

    Khalim

Isn't there a competition directorate in the EU? (Just stung Microsoft for €500m)

Public procurement (includign privatised utilities) would also be important.
