i feel as if a secret is being kept from me. Is there some hidden power in the targeting laser?...some guy on iceridge today seemed to think so . He kept on hitting me with it repeatadly as i approached his base, it must have been doing some damage i was unaware of, he even used it at close range.

I think he was trying to shoot into your eyes, so you couldn't see, or maybe to hide your face
