I do not really think Clare will win it but at 14-1 I would be tempted to put a few quid on them. I just think a week is not long enough for a team to recover from a hurling match, especially one as old as the Clare team. Wexford at 8-1 is also quite tempting.

Especially when u consider that whoever wins on saturday will only have a week again before facing Waterford in the semi.

In fairness Kilkenny are the best team , but if this were a horse race I wouldnt take 11/8 about them.

While they will be hard to beat, Kilkenny have shown some chinks in their armour this year. Personally I'd like to see Waterford win it.

Its plan and simple, Waterford deserve to win an all Ireland more than any team in the country, they have worked as hard if not harder than any team and under Justin McCarthy they have improved more than any team in the country in the past few years.

That said though, even though they deserve to win the all Ireland, they wont.

Kilkenny will beat them in the semi final, should clare play them cork or wexford will beat waterford in the final.

We'll see. We'll see. Waterford have prvoed this year that they are no longer a 20 minute team. You state there that cork or wexford would beat them in the final, well Cork already played Waterford and look what happened there.

At 9/1 Wexford look a very tempting bet..

and although Kilkenny have the best team out there at the minute I'd take Waterford to beat them in the semi considering Kilkenny will only have a week to recover from a tough replay ( sorry Clare fans I dont think your team has enough to finish the cats off )

Well I wouldn't mind seeing the odds for a "W" county winning both the Hurling and Football - Westmeath look ok but they need to play a tough team.

In hurling, come on the Deise ! There'd be some blaas eaten not to mention "big bottles of Guinness" if the lads did the biz (fingers and everything else crossed).

Surprised that Cork are shorter odds than Waterford - a bit of sleight on Wexford ?
