    Got an Ipod, thankfully friend filled it with music. No firewire on my pc so I got a firewire card, trust DV411p, seems to be working ok, in that the iPod is charging, BUT I can't get the firewire card to start up, problems with drivers. W 2K is telling me I've got none of the following, 1394bus.sys
    ohci1394.sys yet Trusts site says W 2K should be ok. Anyone got the files for 2K as the only one's I can find are XP or 98,
    Thanks.
    WW

    If you do a search have you files called ohci1394.sy_ etc ? These are the compressed / cabinet versions ;

    then go
    expand C:\(what ever directory they are in) ohci1394.sy_
    c:\windows\system32\ohci1394.sys (insert/change diretcories where necessary) (all on one line)

    I had to do this recently with a pcmcia firewire card... not all of them were tehre but was was there was enough to get it working..
