Arctic Cooler

I was using ATITool to find my max core/memory and it was only about 10 above the default. What would an arctic cooler give me, 20 or 30 above default?
Incidentally i was using atitool on a 9800pro, and left it running for an hour and came back to see it was still trying to find a stable voltage, one had been running for 16 minutes but then an artifact or something was found. How long does it normally take to find max memory/core settings?
    Thanks

I wouldn't use ati tool. Your better off manually upping the clocks until you see visible artifacts.

Ati tool is too sensitive to the slighest artifact that you wouldn't even see.

There are plenty of other tools. I use Ati's redline as it's simple to use and has a lot of other options as well.

You should be able to go a lot higher than that. An Artic cooler will improve things further.
