I'm looking at getting an AMD64 socket 939 chip. Can anyone recommend a decent nForce3 250 motherboard? Or does anyone know of any that are soon to be released?

i'm waiting for abit to do an nforce3 board. Their 939 offering doesn't really impress atm. Tho maybe they're waiting for the pci express nf3 boards before making a max3 style board for s939.

There is only 3 atm that you can get and the MSI board should be released soon...i hope :dunno:

    Gigabyte GA-K8NSNXP - nForce3

Asus A8V Deluxe Wireless Edition Motherboard VIA K8T800 Pro

Abit AV8 (Socket 939) Motherboard VIA K8T800 Pro

So your only option if you really want a nForce3 now is the Gigabyte mobo....unless you want to wait for the MSI NEO2 Plat, theres pleanty of reviews of all those mobos if you google em'

I will be getting the Asus A8V on wed-thurs so i will give you an update on it if you like.

    :)

PCI-E doesnt make a difference (at least thus far).

    Cheers lads :)

I'm ultimately waiting for a PCI-E board, so I'm looking for an alright board that isn't silly money to tie me over until then.
