What about the same card with 128mb. How much might that go for?

    about the same really.....

128mb versions always had the slower ram, 64mbs were 9/10 times faster.

The main reason the Ti4200 was so popular is the fact that it could be bought for half the price of the Ti4600 and when overclocked could come within an inch of the Ti4600 performace wise. This lead to people not wasting the extra cash on a 4600. Therefore I would imagine there are not a huge amount of 4600's knocking about. By all means if you can get a 4600 for the same price as a 4200 it would be a better buy. I think €50 is a fair price for one considering there are still no cards with a sub €100 price tag (New) that could touch it in DX8 games. Granted the card is a bit long in the tooth now but in my opinion it is one of the best cards ever.
