Anyone here dealt with Chris? http://www.chrisguitars.com

I'm interested in a couple of items he has on the site and emailed requesting info on Monday but no response yet.

Does he even ship to Ireland?

Chris is possibly the most honest person you will ever meet in your life. He does ship to Ireland. He is exceptionally busy, if he doesn't get back to you within a day or to, send him another mail or give him a call, you'll still save yourself a bundle of $$$

i ordered a guitar off him a month ago tomorrow and its not here yet. he didnt send it for two weeks as he hadnt realised i had actually paid him (paypal didnt notify him or something) but after i sent him an email he realised and was very apologetic. however the guitar still aint here and its still listed on his site. admittedly he's probably just forgotten to take it down and i did go for the cheap postage option ($78).
basically i would just say definitly pay the extra for quick delivery, 3 days supposedly, and it costs something like €150.

if it arrives in one piece i'll be happy, no matter how long it takes... so, so cheap.

The faster, more expensive option takes about a week and you get a tracking number, which is worth the money alone. The cheaper option can take weeks, depending on USPS and you don't know where it is until it shows up on your door.

USPS standard is fine, got my guitar from the states in 10 working days - it cost about $68 including insurance. No tracking number though.
