I don't know any one person that's ordered guitars from that many different sites, so I don't think you'll find a definative Most Reliable. I've ordered a guitar from Thomann.de and various other stuff from Musicstore.de. They're both fairly reliable. I've had a few bad experiences with delays and communications break downs, but neither will rip you off. At the first sign of any trouble or complication PHONE them - email is only good when there's no problems.
