Ok, for a start this is not a joke. I would like to know the long term, and short term side effects of masturbation. I've heard it is healthy and I have heard if you do it too much you become infertile. What is considered too much and what would be the full effects of infertility? Is it true we have a limited amount our body can produce?

Not quite. If you masturbate several times a day, you sperm count per ejaculation will be down, but total number of sperm will be the same or increased.
