    Does anybody else out there share my interest in soul music. If you to have been taken in by the influence of such greats as marvin gaye, otis redding,al green, etc please talk to me.

    Why yes but nevertheless thank u kind sir for reinforming me of this great talent. I hear hes playing concerts in New York Chicago and Pittsburgh next month, just a rumour though!

    Yeah he's going on a tour. Gonna be touring all the big radio stations too, WNYC, WPLJ, and, of course (shudder - had to use it), GINK.

    Apparently he tends to enjoy sneaking out at night whilst on tour - going to local locations and mingling with the people there. So I hear anyway... might have to follow him on his tour though.

    I went to a Soul Club in Glasgow a few months ago. Was a deadly laugh even tough that's not my usual kind of stuff.
    Although they played that track off the Kentucky Fried Chicken add about 3 times.

    There is a Northern soul night down the Gingerman every month, and in Craddaddy too, not sure if it is first or last friday thing.
    Went there with a mate who is big into that scene, good laugh.
