Shockingly, I received a flyer though my letterbox today in Lucan, informing me that my estate now has access to NTL broadband. This is 3 months after I gave in and switched to UTV's cheaper ADSL service (the one with the 200ms pings). Of course I'm now stuck with that till next March. NTL, why doest thou play games with…
