    Hello,

    This is just a general rant/complaint.

    I faxed in my application for my lost phone on Tuesday and also rang O2's phonecover. They said everything is in order.

    Well it is now Saturday and they still haven't gotten my replacement out to me yet.

    Is this normal?

    If I had of known it would take this long I would have bought a new phone.

    I'm VERY pissed off...
