Have any of you suggestions for a program(s) to Sync up files and email on my laptop and pc over a wireless connection? Email is outlook 2002 and I want to be able to choose specific folders on my drive to keep Synched.

What is the Email server ?
SMTP or IMAP (internet account)
Microsoft Exchange (work)

As generally it's the server that shares the email not the client.

for files You can use the briefcase /off line folders- but you need to share folders first.
