GNAS Classifications

    Found the GNAS classification tables:
    Each classification represents a certain % of UK archers, i.e 15% of UK archers shoots scores above in the Bowman qualification score. Don't know the % for 1st,2nd,3rd yet.

    Grand Master Bowman = top 1% (1.5% for ladies)
    Master Bowman = top 4% (4.5% for ladies)
    Bowman = top 15% of UK archers
    1st Class
    2nd Class
    3rd Class

    Score Requirements for each classification:

    Gents Classification: FITA Gents
    Grand Master Bowman: 1259
    Master Bowman: 1190
    Bowman: 1065
    1st Class: 885
    2nd Class: 716 (or 411 in Short Metric)
    3rd Class: 481 (or 344 in Short Metric)


    Ladies Classification: Ladies FITA
    Grand Master Bowman: 1242
    Master Bowman: 1169
    Bowman: 1037
    1st Class: 817
    2nd Class: 602 (or 348 in Short Metric)
    3rd Class: 364 (or 237 in Short Metric)
