Termination of Flat rate contract with Eircom.

    This is in there terms and conditions(below) and there must be alot of people getting screwed over by it :mad:
    If someone cancels halfway through the 2 month billing peiod and has made their allocated 150hours, they will have to pay per-minute rates for the 150hours instead of €30.

    9.3 On termination of this agreement for Flat Rate Services, the Customer will be charged eircomnet Free per-second rates for all calls made to the Flat Rate Service from the end of the last Billing Period to the date of cancellation of the Service.
