jes avanced payemnt problem... please help

Problem with Jes advanced payment, Was in bank to day and they said that the BLZ no. was wrong, (this is the swift number is what they were trying to tell me I think, and they said it wasnt correct..) Anyone have this problem, or do I even need this number can I just use the IBAN number or something.. Some one PLEASE help..
