Was wondering if any of you golf enthusiasts knew where one might get a tin/bottle/spray of leather softener that would work on golf clubs. Does such a thing even exist?
The grips on my dad's golf clubs are rock hard from neglect, but he doesn't want the hassle of getting them redone.

i dont know if ya can get anything like that tbh, worked in a golf club for 4 years and never heard of anything like that but i can only assume that anything like that put on a grip will do away with the "grip" of the grip so getting them all re-done is probably the best bet in the long term!

Its not that expensive to get your set re-gripped. And only means leaving them overnight in the pro shop.... worth it really
