just a weird question but in alien , when the crew are looking for it , was it running around the front part of the ship , aka the lander thing, or was it the whole ship (the spire part). also anyone know any good web sites to find out about wayland yutai (aka "the company") thanks

As far as I know it was just the detachable 'lander' it ran around, as the rest of the ship was essentially fuel/cargo.

As for the company, you have the spelling wrong. It's WEYLAND YUTANI - so I'd suggest a bit of 'googling' will get you the results you need.
