Hi all,my brother has bidded and agreed a price on a house but we need to get a reliable and good property surveyor to do the house which is in fermoy,co.cork. It seems these guys can be preety expensive and wondered if anyone can recommend a "cheap and cheerful guy" to do this work? kind regards kieran

The words "cheap and cheerful" and "surveyor" don't go together. If you do ever find one let me know - there'll be loads of work for him...
