Say, somebody notices that a bands website is available.

    Say.www.davidbowie.com

    They register it.

What can the band do to retrieve it?

I am thinking of a well known band with a very distinctive name - what options are open to them?

I surpose they could get an .ie web site address?

They could register the .ie, but if the .com was registered in "bad faith" they could take action to reclaim the domain.
