    Hi All,

    I dont know if you are like me and give direct debits etc to charities? or an infrequent drop in a collection bucket....???

    However I have felt for a long time that I would prefer to give my money to a charity that was going to make a difference in my life, in addition to the other good causes and thats hard - cause their are not many of the traditional christian bodies saying "were going to make a difference in the gay community"... side from lets brainwash them etc ..

    However I gave a donation to JOHNNY (gay peer action charity), personally i think its a good choice - it wont be for everyone..

    If your interested in doing the same check out their site www.johnny.ie they make it easy - see their donations section (lists everything) - you can see from they say - they need every penny !

    I dont know if your like me .. put the packs they hand out on the scene are badly needed... no a lot of people would not be having safer sex - if it was not for them

    How many threads are you going to create about Johnny ? To be honest I think Johnny is a great group and I can see the benefit the community here in Dublin gets thanks to them. However there really is no need to pimp them so much. One thread is enough surely !

    Agreed. No more pimping. Add a link to the thread on the top of this board called "Useful links" and leave it at that.
