    Just a folder of shortcuts?

Possibly copy them into the internet explorer favourites folder then just go: File > Import then select internet explorer.

Or try a program called "Bookmark Bridge" on sourceforge. It might do what you need if the favourites are from a differant browser.

    1. Copy the shortcuts into your "favourites" folder
    2. Open internet explorer and export the favourites (as a html file)
    3. Import them into firefox
