Basically I have a program that only functions properly when
run on fat32 (its to do with file i/o and logfiles) and I need it
to run on an ntfs system. I have it up and running under a
windows 98 virtual machine using vmware and it works, also
have a fat32 partition created with the program on it and a
ms-dos bootdisk and it runs ok that way also. Just wondering
is there any simpler ways of doing it..

    Thanks

if it ain;t broke, don't fix it :p

You could always get a newer version of the program that works on NTFS, but for the life of me i can't see why it works on one filesystem and not the other.
