    411’s WWE Raw Report 07.05.04
    Live from Winnipeg
Announcers are JR & The King
Report done *EXCLUSIVELY* for 411MANIA by PK

They show a picture of Eugene instead of Bischoff to start the show.

    Intro.

We start the show with Coach, Tajiri, King, Stacy and Tomko in the ring. Flair comes down, then Jericho. There are chairs in the ring. Eugene then comes out wearing a suite coat over his jacket. He asks who wants to see a championship match tonight, and he says that everyone in the ring will have a chance to be in a championship match, but they have to win a game of Musical Chairs. HAHAHA. The music starts, and only Stacy and King start to play, but when the music stops, everyone dives for a chair, and Tajiri is the one that misses, but he nails Coach with the green mist! HAHA. The music starts again, and Coach can’t see, so he is eliminated. Music starts again, and when it stops, King tries to sit on Stacy’s lap, but that doesn’t work, and he is eliminated. Music starts again, and Flair starts doing his strut. HAHAHA. When the music stops, Flair shoves Stacy out of the way and she is eliminated. When the music starts up again, Flair is stylin and profiling, but Jericho and Tomko get to the chairs first. Crowd is behind Jericho (duh, they are in Winnipeg). Last chair, and Tomko and Jericho keep their eyes on each other. When the music stops, Tomko goes to sit down, but Jericho pulls the chair out of the way, and hits Tomko in the gut, then sits down. Eugene announces that he has won a shot at Orton’s IC Title tonight.

    Commercials.

La Resistance vs. Rhyno & Val Venis
Greiner starts to sing, and Rhyno and Venis charge down to the ring. JR tells us that Rhyno is actively seeking a partner to defeat La Rez. Greiner and Conway hammering down on Rhyno, but Venis gets the hot tag. Venis off the ropes, but Conway locks a sleeper on, only for Venis to reverse it into a blue thunder slam for 2. Venis and Greiner fall to the outside, Rhyno lines up for a gore, but Greiner trips him up, and La Rez nails Au Revoir on Val for the pin.
    Winners – La Resistance

Flair, Orton, and Batista walking towards Eugene’s office. Orton is upset about having to wrestle Jericho tonight, and then Edge on Sunday. Flair is hot as well “I’m a 16 time World Champion, and I’m out there playing Ring Around The Rosie.” HAHA. They get to Eugene’s Office, which is an inflatable jump-o-lene, and Eugene reminds them of the time that KANE hurt him, and HHH says that if anyone hurt him, HHH would take care of it. Batista stops him, and tells him that HHH can’t wrestle KANE, and Eugene says that knows, but Batista can. HAHA. Eugene then reminds them of the time that La Resistance defeated Val Venis & Rhyno (Randy flips out...THAT JUST HAPPENED), and Eugene says that he knows the perfect Tag Team that can beat La Resistance, Ric Flair and….then he finds some action figures, and runs into his jump-o-lene…They get him back out, and he says…”Ric Flair and…ME, EUGENE…WHOOOOOOOOO).

    Commercials.

Triple H comes out, and says that Benoit’s World Title reign has been a miracle. He then says that he will become champ at Vengeance, but Edge comes out to interrupt him. Edge tells him to give Randy a message that he will take him down, IC title or not. He then says that all of Evolution is going down. One by one, they will all fall, because somebody has to make a stand, and Edge will be that person. Trip starts to take off his jacket, and unbutton his shirt. Trip then says that he has heard that a million times…from everyone (Foley, Rock, Austin, HBK, Benoit he says), but nothing changes. Trip then asks what does Edge have to make this time different. Edge then drills him, and they brawl. Evo comes down, Edge gets out of the ring, as Orton runs around the corner, Edge nails him with a right, and hops the wall to get out of there.

    Commercials.

WWE Rewind: Lita beating up KANE last week, then KANE almost choke slamming her.

    KANE vs. Batista
They announce Matt vs. KANE in a No DQ match for Vengeance. Let’s not forget that Batista defeated KANE at Armageddon 2002. Brawling to start. Batista nails a huge spinebuster, but KANE does the sit up. Batista off the ropes, KANE with a big boot, and they go to the outside. KANE and Batista then hit each other with clotheslines, and they both fall down. Mattitude comes out, and he beats KANE’s head against the ringsteps multiple times. Refs come out to grab Matt, who is furious.
    No Contest

    Commercials.

New Guy Todd catches up with Mattitude, and he says that what he did tonight is only a taste of Sunday. New Guy Todd then asks what roll with Lita play, and asks if anyone knows who the father is yet. Matt gets all pissy, and just leaves.

Diva Search Round III in LA. This is disgusting. These girls are so much hotter then the last 2 weeks...but whatever, this is still lame.

    Commercials.

Randy Orton (c) vs. Chris Jericho – WWE IC Title
The crowd is loving Jericho. Tie ups to start. Back and forth for a bit, Orton sends Jericho to the corner, but Jericho leaps up to the 2nd turnbuckle, and goes for a turning Crossbody, but Orton sees it coming, and nails a dropkick. Orton then locks on a neck wrench, and Jericho fights out. Orton tries to dump Jericho over the top, but Jericho lands on the apron, and goes to the top, nailing Orton with a diving back elbow off the top. Jericho hits a diving forearm for 2. Jericho then nails the running enzaguri for 2. Orton rolls to the outside, and hangs Jericho on the top rope. Orton gets back on, and goes after Jericho, but Jericho back body drops him over the top rope. Batista then makes his way down to ringside as we go to commercial.

    Commercials.

We come back and Jericho is in a 10 punch count in the corner. They fall to the outside, and Orton distracts the ref, while Batista runs Jericho’s shoulder into the ring post. Orton is all over Jericho, but Jericho fights back, and goes for the Walls. Orton pulls Jericho’s hair and gets out of it. Orton nails that snap back breaker for 2. Jericho reverses an irish whip, then nails the Lionsault for 2. Jericho whips Orton to the corner, and he charges, but Orton moves, and Jericho goes shoulder first into the ring post. Orton goes to the top, but Jericho crotches him, and goes for a superplex, and Orton fights out of it, and his a superfacebuster. Orton then nails his picture perfect Crossbody for 2. Jericho gains some momentum, and nails a bulldog on Orton. Batista gets on the apron, and Jericho nails his springboard dropkick on him. Orton goes for the RKO, but Jericho blocks it and turns it into the Walls. Batista back on the apron, and Jericho lets go to knock him off again, and Orton comes from behind and rolls up Jericho using the ropes for the pin.
    Winner – Orton

Eugene and Triple H jumping around in the jump-o-lene. Trip asks Eugene I they have a deal, and Eugene says OK. HHH tells him to put his boots on, and get ready. HHH rolls out of the jump-o-lene, and Flair walks up. Flair asks if everything went ok, and HHH says "I’ve been jumping around in there with that idiot for 20 minutes.” HAHA. Flair asks if the tag match is cancelled, and Triple H said that that didn’t come up. HAHA. HHH says that the plan to bring the World Title back to Evo starts tonight, when the hottest new tag team in the WWE, Flair and Eugene, team with HHH to take on Benoit and Edge. Flair is heated.
