    I was afraid that it would go straight to VSAT but it does look better than that.

    Quite. Good stuff Minister and Dept of Comms people . Lets look forward to a national system which uses VSAT in extremis rather than as a matter of course. (over half of all schools are both rural and small so ADSL is out ) .
