Just got tokyo showdown and reroute to remain from a friend - they sound a bit like godsmack but with way better riffs (best songs = egonomic, clayman, only for the weak) can anyone recommend me more of their stuff?

Buy "The Jester Race", "Whoracle" or "Colony". Far better than their new stuff.

Tokyo showdown is pretty good, but Reroute to Remain is easily their worst, you aint seen NOTHING yet, get every album now, Whoracle, Lunar Strain, Subtterannean, and Jester Race being top of the list to get. Their latest album 'Soundtrack to your Escape' is also good IMO, albiet alot of fans dont like it.

Whoracle and Colony are easily the best of In Flames imo...

I bought soundtrack to your escape at the weekend even though I was told not to, but now I see why...the've got a new sound in some of the songs that is/ verging on nu-metal...me no like. But in comparison to this Reroute to Remain kicks the shvit out of this album.

The Tokyo Showdown is one class album, but if you want some quality In Flames, get The Jester Race. Definetly their best, I'd say. Then go for Whoracle! Avoid the new stuff though.

Used to be an in flames fanatic until i got reroute to sellout, man that album was like they had took solo tips from korn or slipknot

They really ruined a near perfect record of kick ass records, so now i have moved on (on a slightly musically lighter note, finch are actually an amazingly fresh punk-metal band worth a look out: project mayhem, ender, post script, perfection through silence) ok my rant is over **In flames go back to the roots (bloody roots)**:ninja:
