Is it true that a 64 optimised xp edition is coming out? When should it come out and will it make a difference with my amd 3000 64? p.s a bit off topic anyone got oxygen tickets?

Hi Dutchboy, Windows XP 64bit (for AMD systems) is in beta as Stephen has already mentioned. You can get the beta bits from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/64bit/evaluation/upgrade.mspx

This product is following the Server 2003 SP1 timeline, so they will both release the final versions at the same time. It'll be later this year.
