What are these movies!!!

    Ok I seem to remember this horror type movie from when I was younger. It has an ensemble cast similar to something like Scream or something, except its more paranormal.

    What I remember from it are.

    A girl is in some type of restaurant, working, and she shows her friends a trick involving putting her hand in a blender, and turning it on making tomato sauce go everywhere. Later on she repeats the trick but this time her hand really does get blended and her friends are laughing at her.

    Another part is, a guy gets into an elevator and presses the button for whatever floor, and he gets an electric shock and goes on fire.

    Very vague but I keep remember them two scenes.


    2. This movie is kind of like Hellraiser in a way, as in there is a family in a house and wierd crap starts to happen. The father dies I think, but later on he comes back, and isn't really human or something. One part of the film involves the daughter running out to great the father (who is dead) and him saying something like "I'm back" and the daughter is really happy, until his face melts off.

    Also he also chases them with a chainsaw for asection of the Film.

    For some reason I always though this film was called "Stepfather" but I think thats a different film.

    LMAO...sounds like one freaky movie....does it involve the house being built on an indian graveyard or something ???

    Yeah, you're right - it was 'Stepfather' - there was a second one out after that ..... two really sick movies!

    Ah, Indian graveyards, is there anything they can't do. Like not being built upon.

    Anyway, to hijack Giblet's nostalgic train of thought, there's some other film I remember seeing waaay back when. There was a character who had a voice-box he used to speak with, a gangland boss-type who used to cough up some chunky looking phlegm all the time (think stale milk, but thicker and more yellow), due to a curse (probably). Anyway, in one scene he made another guy drink it, who subsequently began phleming up all the time too. And I think they sucked on aniseed balls, for some reason. Thats all I can remember, as it was so fcuking disgusting :(

    So, err, obscure reference aside, anyone got any ideas as to the name of this film?
