Import from The Bat! to Thunderbird

I've been using a trial version of The Bat! for mail for the last month but its just about to expire now, so I have decided to switch to mozilla Thunderbird. I have one problem though: How the hell do I import mail from The Bat! to Thunderbird? cheers. Stephen.
